Wilson YAU 邱启鸿 DTM – Persuasive Influence > Level 4: Concluding Your Speech
A conclusion is important to the success of any speech. All too often, an otherwise excellent speech loses its effectiveness because of a poor closing. People remember the last thing they hear more than any other part of your speech. If you want people to remember and be favorably impressed with it, you must strive to conclude your speech positively and forcefully.

Ami Wong PM1 – Persuasive Influence > Level 1: Writing a speech with purpose
Select a topic that appeals to you. It can be anything. Be sure your topic is narrow enough to be an effective 5- to 7-minute speech. Clearly define your topic and consider your goal for your speech. Before you organize your speech, identify and express your purpose in a single sentence. Practice your speech and refine its organization. Present your speech at a club meeting.
